If the opposing team can't stop it there's no need to do anything different.

That's why I also hate this match up against the Bills defense because they've struggled mightily in the past against QB's who get the ball out quick this defense is all about letting up these type of plays between the 20's. Where the Pats offense has excelled is in the redzone which will be a major problem to stop.

No this D is hoping they take the short crap where they can swarm the ball and also give the opposing O more chances at making a mistake.  Odds are against 20 play drives consistently working.

Jones is too overhyped.  ESPECIALLY by this announcing crew.

Game manager - at least so far.  I would have taken a good game manager at any point during the drought, but it's not fear-inducing.

No issues with that, it only help our cause. He completely missed that nickel blitz was coming.

they seems to avoid him throwing downfield in obvious passing situations. BB is trying to hide/protect  something

Efficient, disciplined, almost mistake free, boring.

Congratulations, Bill.

Agreed.  It's easy to throw darts but the man knows how to coach and his team executes to near perfection.  It's on the Bills with more talent on their roster to win the division by beating the Pats twice.  If we don't it's on us.

There are no building blocks.  This is the remnant of them going all in back in 2016-2018.  Signing Matt Ryan and Julio Jones to those

huge long contracts back in 2018 was not wise.  All of Ryan's restructures has him with a $48M cap hit next year.  They need a complete rebuild.

Showcase Pitts, trade him for draft capital, try to trade up and get a kid.

They probably had a chance to deal Ryan, but they waited too long. Branch Rickey: it's always better to trade a player a year too early than a year too late.

I would fully expect Dean Pees to announce retirement #3 shortly after the end of this season.

Why does he keep getting dusted off for DC positions when he keeps trying to retire

Didn't help that their all star WR decided to call it quits this year either. Hope he gets his head straight, because he is a real talent.

Their job is to talk. WHat else are they going to talk about? Matt Ryan's arthritis?!

Not only is it their job to talk, but especially Fox seems to give them a script or narrative to work in.

Think it was Aikman who said something about “if he keeps playing like this…just put his bust in Canton already”  about Lamar Jackson during a game in which Jackson was, in fact, playing poorly.  It was obviously a script he was supposed to work in and even Aikman couldn’t quite say it sincerely.

I kind of agree but Matt Ryan is pretty much done.  Personally I think they need to move on and probably should of last year.

They could have had the next Matt Ryan. Who happens to also be playing tonight.

Totally agree. Ice is spent.
