National Tallgrass Prairie: https://www.fs.usda.gov/midewin Went to see them in them in spring after the prairie burn: Highly compressed to get under site limits... State & local Government will never "reinvent" themselves either. That's where the Buffalo Billion was born, and we see what a waste that is. Truth is that unless global warming really changes the weather in the WNY region people will not want to move there from elsewhere in large numbers. Quote
