Happy Veterans Day brothers and sisters. Remember we are the real 1%. If you ever need to vent DM me away remember you are never alone. You are a part of a very big family. Have a safe and relaxing day.

Thank you to all my fellow veterans!  I was proud to have served.  My late father always used to say:  "I have three sons, but my daughter is the Captain in the Air Force."

Happy Veterans Day to all that risked their lives for our freedom and way of life, and to all of your family and loved ones who have supported you through your service and life.

Was my pleasure.

Naval Aviator.

Two cruises on USS Kitty Hawk. 305 traps (carrier landings).

TopGun.

Pacific Fleet Adversaries. (The bad guys teaching air combat).

A fun way to spend my '20's.

Did you ever serve with the B-52s? I'm eternally grateful for the BUFF. We were up-range of them as they bombed the hell out of the Iraqis in 91 ... we could feel the ground shake. By the time we rolled in, they had NO will to fight.

Yes, I worked in payroll [troops really appreciate getting paid correctly], spent time at Beale which was a SR-71, KC-135, and B-52 base, KI Sawyer which was a KC-135 and B-52 base, and U-Tapao Thailand, which had KC-135's and B-52.  You should thank the tanker pilots as well, they give our aircraft nearly unlimited range.

Those B-52's in Iraq were flying 7,000 mile round trips.
