Welp, That didn't Go Well

This is the story from Dalvin Cooks agent, Zach Hiller, per the link above:

It’s confusing, to be sure. So we spoke to Hiller. Here’s what he told PFT by phone.

Roughly a year ago, someone unlawfully entered Cook’s house. The female who did it, is a sergeant in the U.S. military, attacked Cook in his home while he had a guest present. The invader then allegedly tried to extort Cook for millions of dollars, claiming that she suffered injuries during the course of the attack that she allegedly initiated.

Because she allegedly entered Cook’s house illegally, he had the right to defend himself, as authorized by Minnesota’s version of the Castle Doctrine. Litigation, per Hiller, has not yet been commenced, but it’s in the process of being initiated. No criminal complaints have been filed in connection with the incident.

Is this the same incident with the same woman, or different woman/different incident?

What are we dealing with here?

The woman, identified in the lawsuit as Gracelyn Trimble and a sergeant in the U.S. Army, flew to Minnesota to break up with Cook and get her belongings from his home when things turned violent, she alleged in the lawsuit.

She accused Cook of giving her "a concussion, leaving a scar on my face and taking me through hell," according to the Star Tribune. According to the suit, she used Mace on him, before going into his bedroom, grabbing his gun and calling a friend for help, leading the running back to attack her with a broomstick, she alleged in the suit.

When she returned to Florida after the incident, she told medical personnel she had been in an ATV accident after seeking treatment for the injuries.

Valentini, however, said in his statement Tuesday that the woman allegedly used a stolen garage door opener to enter his home illegally and then attacked him and a guest there, using Mace on him upon entering and forcing Cook and his guests to remain at the residence at gunpoint for hours.

Cook's lawyer alleged that Trimble has been attempting to extort money from Cook ever since.

1) she cute

2) what had happened likely wuz she caught his ass cheatin with another chick in his house.  So she broke in the crib (before or after the discovery) and a fight ensued.  The other chick was likely involved but likely doesnt have millions of dollars.

3) she a Sergeant in the military so she can probably fight a little.  Self-defense anyone?  Also Florio says Minnesota has a stand-your-ground-in-your-home rule.

Welp Then.  With those texts and those pictures, Good Luck getting a jury to buy the "Cook is a victim of domestic abuse and extortion" idea.

The pictures aren't even that bad. No bruising, no swelling, just scratches and blood smeared. She described that he slammed her head into a coffee table with enough force to cause a concussion, but no hematoma? Then she just went and took a shower where he assaulted her again? She didn't leave? And when were the pictures taken if she took a shower after he allegedly assaulted her the 1st time.

A lot of holes in this story

Well, that’s a bit incriminating (if true.)

well, not really.  She could be making up that her face is messed up.  His text is cryptic.   His response to that would be telling.

  • Hapless Bills Fan changed the title to Vikings RB Dalvin Cook [alleges he] is the victim of domestic abuse & extortion

Dalvin’s going to be missing some football games, and some paychecks.  Classy move with the gaslighting though…

She can fight more than a little.

For some reason those texts look fake, the grammar seems too.... articulate? Who uses full first names? This is going to be a wild story. The NFL Soap Opera is in top gear this past week.

Case closed. You filled in all the blanks. No need for even a trial now!
