To quote a QB I despise . “RELAX!! The Bills still have a top 5 QB, with a top 5 WR Core and an Elite D.  The Bills came out flat and got punched in the mouth, it doesn’t mean the year is over. Your still the top seed and still in the driving seat for everything from seeding to division title.. so again RELAX!!

Buffalo is not in the top spot in the AFC as of this time. That's the Ravens right now at 6-2, followed by Tennessee and LAC, then buffalo

I posted this before the Ravens won, the Titans are done without Henry,  and isn’t Vegas still in first in the West?

Offense has not played to its potential all season, even when we were thumping teams. 8 games in and the bye is behind us, a game like this against a team like Jacksonville should not happen.

That’s the problem. This team is clearly too relaxed. The OL in particular.

It literally could only be “just one game” because there’s only one game scheduled. Unless they start doing double headers. I find it annoying that no one says “it’s just one loss,” because that is inaccurate.

1 game? We have the easiest schedule in the league and are 5-3. We've played one good team ...and lost.

I wouldn’t consider Jaguars a good team 🤣

Like I said before, neither the Pats or the Bills are going to win the SB this year so who cares. It’s looking more and more that Brady repeats in Tampa. To be honest I would rather the Patriots make it to the SB and lose to Tom Brady, LOL!!!!

Except it's not.  This has been brewing for weeks.  Even when they were scoring a lot Allen was under pressure a lot, they couldn't run the ball, and they were terrible in the red zone. Those problems haven't improved, they've only gotten worse.  This week was the trade deadline and they doubled down on what they had in house. They were rewarded with this giant pile of garbage. Offensive line was terrible. Allen played like a rookie. WRs dropped passes for first downs. RBs essentially invisible. TE hugely ineffective but remained on the field as a receiver. Daboll did nothing from the offense that we haven't seen a million times.  What the offense had done very well for a time last year was countering it's own tendencies and setting teams up to be exploited later in the game with complimentary play calling. This year it's disjointed and ugly and a lot of the time it looks like they have no answers at all. Last year there seemed to be something different every week, a different wrinkle, a new formation, something.  This year it looks very stagnant and stale, like they are out of ideas.  Whoever is calling the plays whether it's Daboll or Dorsey better get themselves straight or this is going to get sideways on them in a hurry because the schedule gets a lot harder really soon.  This was supposed to be the easy part.  Today was a must-win game simply because of the opponent and they blew it. Big time. Now instead of talking about getting back into the home field advantage conversation we are looking back at the Patriots closing up behind us.

Omg the sky is falling. Y’all are something else lol

Last week's first half was the time for this comment.  They took that start against a pathetic team and turned it into today's debacle when it SHOULD have been the wake-up call.  Today's game should have been the response to whatever their issue was last week but it wasn't.  Next week's game SHOULD be the response to this embarrassment and if you are correct the Bills SHOULD win that game by 40 points. I don't think that will happen and I wouldn't be shocked if the Jets won the game outright.

Even the 90’s Bills that routinely ran roughshod across the regular seasons, had a complete throw away the tape type clunkers now and then—heck I attended one of them, a Primetime beat down by the Stillers on MNF in 1993 (we still make the SB, they didn’t), or the annual shocking losses to terrible Pats teams…the point is, we can still right the course if the correct coaching fixes occur, imho.

One one hand, it is one game.   Teams fall flat once or twice a year and we are still 5-3 in a conference where nobody besides maybe Tennessee looks like a dominant team.

On the other hand, it was a loss to the Jags who were blown out by a rebuilding Geno freakin Smith led Seattle team last week.  10 of the last 12 quarters have been poor since the win over the Chiefs.    Buffalo is underachieving and there are clearly some things that need to be fixed.  This means that no win on a seemingly easy schedule seems like a lock anymore.

Buffalo needs to figure this out fast.  Hopefully they can right the ship against the Jets next week but for the first time this year my optimism is a bit faded.

It's just weird that in some games, the coaches clearly outsmart the others, and in some like this one, it's like WTH. On offense mainly. Defense only allowed 9 points.

I guess the steam comes because in a few games like Steelers and this one, the gameplan seems to bury the Bills, not necessarily the other team. Hum, that's not accurate. What would be is the Bills O does NOT adapt to what is going on, except least week.

Yes the OL is damn weak. Who doesn't know that? You think Daboll doesn't? Then why let a weak OL that has injuries and guys playing out of their usual positions, forced to play without help? No Knox but put the FB, an extra OL once in a while, screens, leave a back to block, etc. Don't expose the weak point!
