Imagine if only in 2020 we had internationally respected scientists advocating for keeping schools open. Maybe this massive failure could have been avoided.

Oh wait. We did. In October 2020. And this declaration was promptly censored and labeled as disinformation. Leading scientists from Harvard, Stanford and Oxford....disinformation peddlers!

But sure, follow the science or something...

As infectious disease epidemiologists and public health scientists we have grave concerns about the damaging physical and mental health impacts of the prevailing COVID-19 policies, and recommend an approach we call Focused Protection.

Coming from both the left and right, and around the world, we have devoted our careers to protecting people. Current lockdown policies are producing devastating effects on short and long-term public health. The results (to name a few) include lower childhood vaccination rates, worsening cardiovascular disease outcomes, fewer cancer screenings and deteriorating mental health – leading to greater excess mortality in years to come, with the working class and younger members of society carrying the heaviest burden. Keeping students out of school is a grave injustice.

Ten years?  LOL!  Try any day now.  We're learning more and more about the devastating effects on grade schoolers coupled with the already-known fact that lockdowns were worthless.

Correct, we were lied to by Leftist "scientists", who are really political scientists and they saw an opportunity to seize a weak-minded populaces' freedoms

Maryland County Brings Back School Mask Mandate

A Maryland county is bringing back the school mask mandate as the 2022 school year starts, citing an uptick in COVID cases.

Prince George’s County Public Schools announced Friday that face masks will be mandatory again at all schools and facilities in the district.

The policy took effect on Monday, and it will stay in effect until further notice, the district said.

School officials said in a statement that the mask mandate is back in effect “in light of the highly contagious COVID-19 BA.5 variant,” and said the district is following county health department recommendations.

130,000 students.  2nd largest school district in MD.  Budget of over 2 billion.

Congrats to a solid start of year 3 of protocols.

The vaccine brought down ICU and deaths the other measures were desperate attempts to slow it down. It was a battle against a unknown like the 1918 flu.

Remember this nonsense when you blindly follow the climate scientists.

Hindsight on covid is now 20/20 , climate is still a unknown but potentially far more lethal.

‘Most have thrown their hands up’: has the US forgotten about Covid?

Despite signs that indicate the latest Covid-19 surge is slowing down, an average of 400 deaths in the US is still reported on a daily basis.

Various mask and social distancing mandates across the country are becoming anything but strictly enforced.

But as Americans and many of their elected officials go about their daily lives, many healthcare professionals still on the frontlines of the pandemic and severely affected Covid-19 patients are left wondering whether the rest of us are moving too quickly from the worst days of the pandemic.

Have we simply forgotten about Covid-19?

I can't prove your wrong but due to the extreme changes in the rate of infection and deaths there is no way to prove what the rate would have been. Remember the headlines blasting Florida in August of 2021 and then the rate dropping without any major reason? The majority of the thoughts on Covid and the vaccines from early 2021 are incorrect

Now you’re mad we don’t have mask mandates you claimed would last forever?  I told you once the vaccines were widely distributed this would be treated like the flue.
