Draconator
I had never heard of this project until now. Was it going to be a speedway for a possible NASCAR stop? Drag Racing? You can't swing a dead cat in the Niagara Peninsula nowadays without hitting a piece of land rezoned for cannabis. I am not sure if municipalities have sub designations on agricultural lands concerning regulated substances.
