Similar to when they signed Josh Gordon last year. This, and Florio has been saying without saying, but saying that Odell wants Seahawks, Bucs, Saints, in that order. And they engineered his new contract to basically make it too big for anyone to claim on waivers, but easy enuf for one of the above to fit into its cap without too much headache. And IMO the saints would be stupid to do it. They have no realistic shot this year. But Jameis do love the deep ball and he's good at it. Now he just needs an ACL so he can get Odell the ball. And Sean Payton would find ways to get him the ball no matter what. And firing a shot at Michael Thomas. Bucs already have their Antonio Brown, in Antonio Brown. iccrewman112 Posted November 6, 2021 Posted November 6, 2021 I went with “Other” and am thinking the Rams, not sure why or if McVay would want to take on the drama. But he would really put that offense over the top. Quote
JDubya76 Posted November 6, 2021 Posted November 6, 2021 I could see the dolphins putting in a claim Quote
Andy1 Posted November 6, 2021 Posted November 6, 2021 I’m sayin Rams. They are going all in on this year. Quote
LyndonvilleBill Posted November 6, 2021 Posted November 6, 2021 I'll go out on a limb and say WFT puts in a claim for OBJ. They need help. They have CAP space, high enough on the waiver list. Rivera has dealt with the likes of Steve Smith (talk about Diva). Back to the NFCE, will change storylines for weeks.... I'd say Saints if he makes it that far or past waivers. Don't think the Raiders, they may need to let things calm down out there and may be looking to reduce the drama. 1 Quote

Irv Posted November 6, 2021 Posted November 6, 2021 Guy is a dumpster fire. Hope he joins the Kaepernick Club. 1 Quote
DCofNC Posted November 6, 2021 Posted November 6, 2021 The Chiefs make sense if they can find a way to fit him under the cap. Of the teams with room, Seahawks should be calling, Steelers and Bengals all could justify him as a missing piece. Quote
The BLUES Brothers Posted November 6, 2021 Posted November 6, 2021 OBJ was drafted and have kept him on my FF team for a long time....hoping he finally starts to get the points and that it will be with an NFC team. Still considering dropping him - his rating is low and unsure about his upside... Quote
BigAl2526 Posted November 6, 2021 Posted November 6, 2021 I voted Bucs because that's where all the divas seem to end up. The Raiders make a great deal of sense, with the Henry Ruggs situation. 1 Quote

I am guessing he clears waivers and then goes to a contender as a 1 year rental. He could sign for vet minimum, since the Browns already had to pay him over $12 million. Quote
machine gun kelly Posted November 6, 2021 Posted November 6, 2021 I placed the Packers and my reason is simple. They don’t normally get in these races, but Rodgers whined so much in the off season they haven’t used a 1st Ed pick in a decade on a WR. They have Adams, but this would be a place I can see and the Packs may be going all out to keep Rodgers. If not I can see the Raiders with losing Ruggs, and the Saints given no one expected them to only have two losses at this point. They are the masters of moving cap around to keep people. Quote

I fear it will be the Cheatriots. They have two decent TEs and a bunch of average WRs. Beckham would immediately become their #1. Quote
ndirish1978 Posted November 6, 2021 Posted November 6, 2021 I just want it to be the Lions so badly Quote
Logic Posted November 6, 2021 Posted November 6, 2021 The Saints were trying to trade for Beckham, but they couldn't come to agreeable terms with the Browns based on the contract structure. I say he clears waivers and then signs with the Saints. Quote
