Rookie defensive end Greg Rousseau leads the Bills with 3.0 sacks and is tied for the team-lead with five quarterback hits (Jerry Hughes). He has been named to the Pro Football Focus All-Rookie midseason team. Here's what the site had to say about Buffalo's defensive end: If only Rousseau could play the Dolphins' offensive line every week. He's racked up 13 pressures in two games against Miami, compared to only three pressures in his other five outings. Rousseau has the length and get-off to be a genuine pocket-collapser at the NFL level. John from Riverside Posted November 4, 2021 Posted November 4, 2021 So....it looks to me on the naked eye test that Groot has a hell of a lot more then 3 pressures in the other games.....am I wrong? 1 1 Quote

He seems to be around the ball a lot, but the stats can be a little deceiving. Quote
FilthyBeast Posted November 4, 2021 Posted November 4, 2021 Really hoping Groot develops into a true beast and game changing player for this team. Either way early returns are promising and would love to see him finish the season close to double digit sacks. Quote
Apocalypse Nuts Posted November 4, 2021 Posted November 4, 2021 (edited) Has anyone else noticed a significant lack of whining about the defense on these boards lately? Edited November 4, 2021 by Apocalypse Nuts 2 Quote

Doc Posted November 5, 2021 Posted November 5, 2021 Yeah, not buying 3 pressures in the 5 other games. 4 Quote
boater Posted November 5, 2021 Posted November 5, 2021 He's doing about right for a 30th overall pick. Quote
Ethan in Cleveland Posted November 5, 2021 Posted November 5, 2021 He has been very good but c/w the stats he has disappeared for games. That may be the rotation, the fact he is a rookie, or just randomness. Hopefully he keeps it up and the rotation keeps him fresh beyond the rookie wall. Quote

Yes I do believe that's the strategy especially with 17 games now. 1 Quote
