Hats off to the guy. He held down an NFL roster spot for FOUR YEARS despite his only real playing time being historically bad. He probably made more money than I ever will in my entire, long, brutal career. I love guys like Peterman.

Peterman.  Nice guy. Best known for making Sean McDermott the laughingstock of the NFL for a bit.  I’m sure Sean cringes at that period in his life.

Wonder if he's just going to be demoted to practice squad or the Raiders are officially cutting the cord. If so also wondering if there are other teams out there that are interested in bringing him in.

King of every off-season competition = roster spot! Also, I have to add that unlike a lot of other guys from those early McD rosters, Peterman always stood up in front of the media and gracefully handled the slings and arrows leveled at him after any game, whereas others (including Shady!) were often “unavailable,” outta there faster than their 2018 playoff chances…

Haha! I can see it now.  The new head coach was watching practice and Peterman walked by. He immediately said “oh crap! Peterman is still here? I thought Gruden took him with him. Cut him immediately!”
