Cheektowaga Chad Posted November 2, 2021 Posted November 2, 2021 Mahomes doesn't look good Way too much talk about needing to go through all the reads. Thats not something you hear about from a rodgers or Brady Quote
BuffaloRebound Posted November 2, 2021 Posted November 2, 2021 Chiefs are still gonna win the AFC West. Hard to trust the Raiders. Herbert’s gold jacket is being put on hold. And Denver ain’t going anywhere. 2 Quote

They’re playing some of these teams at the wrong time. Quote

SICK.... a real QB realizes he did not play the best and does not acts like god Yep. Grade A D-bag. So not really shocked by that. That’s also why I cherish and celebrate every Mahomes turnover and Chief loss. And always will. I loathe that team and QB and wish nothing good for either. 1 Quote

Great point ,,,,,maybe it was meant to be ,,,,,KC being exposed on national TV and not being completely up to the challenge! 😂👍. Couldn’t have happened to a more deserving team of usually un-humble guys! Kind of like having one’s pants drop in the chill of a November night and everything wants to get Back to where it’s warm , kind of an inward reflex! Yep,,,,KC got served that humble penis feeling even while avoiding the loss. They failed to leave the same sizable impression as the prior twos years ,,,,,,,,yep, a serving ol humble penis after performance inadequacy! IOS from Apple may be onto something after is latest “ soft “ ware update! 👍😀😂 1 Quote
BruceVilanch Posted November 2, 2021 Posted November 2, 2021 Here's a quote from Patrick, the bolded part I could never see Josh or a number of other top tier QBs saying: "We can move the ball on pretty much every coverage," Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes said. "We have answers for every [defense]. But you've seen it every game pretty much that there's been times when we stall out or we don't execute or I throw the ball and I don't hit the right spot or the receiver doesn't see it the same way I do or penalties or turnovers." every bad game Josh has had he always says things like "I need to be better" or "this is on me." he never groups in the team with the loss, he rarely uses the word "We" after a loss, it's always "me." The "We" stuff comes after wins not L's. 1 Quote
CEN-CAL17 Posted November 2, 2021 Posted November 2, 2021 Crazy… cause our best “quality” win (KC) almost just lost to the Giants at home without Barkley…. I guess we will have to see how well they play against TB to truly gauge if this team is a contender. Indy will be a tough game, also NE. 1 Quote

It’s been great watching him struggle and lose games this year. I hope they keep right on struggling and losing. 1 Quote

How you throw a late offside flag when he did not cross the line anyway after an int is absurd and a equally bad facemask. Don’t make it so obvious. If you watch the replay the flag is out before the ball is thrown. The line judge threw it underhand and it came out low so the announce crew missed it. No trying to save the day for little Patty by the refs...it was legit. Quote
JMF2006 Posted November 2, 2021 Posted November 2, 2021 BTW I am not one for moral victories but the G men kept it close and made some good plays on D. Young Daniel looks to be a game manager not a game changer ,he should have a long career as a BU QB One more thing... If that game is at the Met I think the G men win it. 49 minutes ago, CEN-CAL17 said: Crazy… cause our best “quality” win (KC) almost just lost to the Giants at home without Barkley…. GunnerBill Posted November 2, 2021 Posted November 2, 2021 I don't have a lot of time this morning for work reasons so one reflection for you..... The biggest issue with the Chiefs offense last night was Patrick Mahomes. Even watching the condensed game on GamePass on my commute this morning I was rewatching plays where he was drifting out of the pocket and holding the ball looking for kill shots when there was a clean pocket and open guys for him underneath. He is mentally way off at the moment. If KC hadn't been able to establish a decent run game with Williams and Gore they lose this game. Yes, his weapons beyond hill and Kelce are not great. Pringle and Robinson are JAGs, Hardman is a gadget player only. But when Mahomes just stood in the pocket, executed his read and got the ball out it looked like the KC offense from last year. The throw to Kelce where he ended up fumbling it was a classic example. Mahomes takes the snap, reads the coverage gets the ball out on time and has Kelce for a nice gain (he has to hold onto the ball). Why he isn't doing that more often I have no idea. He is making his pass protection look worse than it is by drifting into areas of the field that the blocking scheme is not designed to protect. That was just flat out bad. 1 Quote

They are not as talented on offense as most think. Only Kelce and Hill and Giants covered Kelce well last night Quote
