Its honestly unacceptable to just give a team a phantom 15 yard penalty.   
 

They need to make everything reviewable and give teams an extra challenge.   I don’t care if it slows down the game.. refs miss way too much.

Giants lost the game on a dumb taunting penalty and a dropped pass on 2nd and 7.  Just awful.

agreed. This is what a mediocre team looks like. Bad head coaching; mediocre and boring play on both sides of the ball; lots of mistakes and dumb penalties.
