Back2Buff Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 (edited) Currently being held by Steve Christie. Bass is 18th right now (Allen is 22). With the way the offense should score under Allen for the future, Bass should continue to rack up the scoring. WMDman Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 ***** it why not? The way he’s been kicking I would bet on it 1 Quote
mushypeaches Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 I like his chances - he's got enough leg that even if he loses some strength as he gets older, he still has plenty, and more than most. His accuracy has been solid, and his mental makeup seems to be top notch He's a keeper and in 2028 or so, he will be #1 Quote

Warcodered Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 He's on course but has a long career to go. Quote
Wyobills89 Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 He is 18th after only 23 games. He is almost guaranteed to be at the top like someone said barring injury. Kickers go tell over 40 usually. Lots of games left for the young man. Bass-o-matic. 1 1 Quote
WhoTom Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 Hopefully, most of that will come one point at a time. 1 Quote
34-78-83 Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 He's the most talented kicker I've ever witnessed on our team. That goes back to about 1978 for me. Quote

BearNorth Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 At his current pace of 9 points per game, it would take him 7 seasons to become the all time leading scorer [barring injury]. We have him under contract til 2024. Tucker, arguably the top kicker in the league makes $5MM. Top rank kickers on their 2nd contract make $4MM. Question will be with Josh's mega salary, can we afford to spend that much on our kicker. PFF currently has him ranked 7th on FG/XP. He's 3rd from the bottom on Kickoffs, but that may be due to some of our gaming on ST's. Quote
