JDubya76 Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 If Henry is out, everyone will see how mediocre Fannyhill actually is without his HOF other-worldly running back. Quote

The AFC is a lot weaker than most thought a few weeks ago. I don’t think we should count out the Chiefs quite yet…it’s a long season. Kinda looking forward to watching the game tonight. If they lose to the Giants, then maybe the Chiefs are done. Quote

Probably not because Chargers are falling back to earth a little bit, and the Raiders and Broncos aren't that good regardless of what their record says. Chiefs still have plenty of games in their division to make up ground. Their defense cannot continue to be this bad all year long. Quote
auburnbillsbacker Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 I think they will still be good. They are pretty talented overall. Quote

wjag Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 (edited) The thing that strikes me about losing Henry is how he wears teams down in the 3rd and 4th quarter. That is going to change in Tennessee. Tannehill is a good QB, whether people want to admit it here or not. He has two stud WRs (when healthy). This should be interesting to see the impacts on their offensive strategy going forward. Vrabel seems to get maximum effort out of his guys. My gut tells me Henry will be back much sooner than people expect. People are writing off his season without an MRI yet. I'm a physician and what you are saying is just not correct. So you're saying you deny the fact the more you do something = more chances for something to happen? I guess you also claim the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons don't know what they are talking about? Edited November 1, 2021 by 1ManRaid Quote
Back2Buff Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 Bills have been kind of unlucky in terms of other teams injuries, like for example: Played Steelers with JJ Watt Played Titans with Henry, Brown, and Julio Played Miami at full strength (Howard, B Jones, Parker, Tua) New Orleans will have Mike Thomas back. They just got Davenport back. Also traded for Ingram. TB will have Brown, Sherman, and Gronk back. Carolina will have McCaffrey and Gilmore. Quote

Olliemets Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 Obviously I'm torn about this. The guy is a force. A great great player. The League is worse for having a superstar out. But its better for the Bills if he's out at least for a little while. I don't want Henry to lose the season. Just a few weeks, enough to pin a few more Ls on the Titans. The playoff seeding is going to be huge and right now Tennessee is ahead of us. I want that week off and home field. While Henry beats the stuffing out of defenders and exhausts defenses, think about the pounding he and most running backs take. Quote

It's been said before, but a lot of times in the NFL, it's not who you play but when you play them. Quote

Also ask the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. I hope no one I know ever ends up with Ethan as their doctor if he's that dismissive about something he is clearly wrong about. Quote
Generic_Bills_Fan Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 Didn’t he finish out the game after his injury…nice job vrabel/titans trainers Quote
Matt_In_NH Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 He is not replaceable....a true unicorn....there is only 1. But I think the Titans are just a scrappy organization/team. They play physical and hard and Tanneyhill is better than some think. WIth a healthy Jones/Brown they could still be in the mix. Quote

Go Bills!!! You do get your ring which is quite an accomplishment, but when you are compared to great SB winners like the ‘85 Bears, you are at the bottom of the pack.
