Very sad to see.  I hate seeing injuries. Hope he can recover.

This really sucks. Henry is a true bruiser of a running back - big, strong, crazy fast. 
 

If this injury does take him out for the rest of the season, it becomes one more case study on why the NFL is devaluing the running game. One person (other than QB) going out should not derail an entire team.

If you're going to hang your offense on one star player, running back would have to be the riskiest. As tough as Henry is, it was just a matter of time.

Wow I hate to see star players get hurts. It diminishes the game.

It will be really interesting to see if they can pivot to a pass first offense with AJ Brown and Julio Jones

it will be interesting to see how their adapts...I don't think its going to be as terrible as it may seem...if tannehil gets going, he has great weapons in the passing game. ill take the wait and see approach before burying them

Not disagreeing with your first point, but foot injuries are not an overuse issue. More accident and bad luck than overuse.

Bad for the NFL in what has been - other than our beloved Bills - a truly uninspiring, boring, anodyne season with tons of blowouts and many teams completely out of the running within 6 weeks of opening day.

While I certainly never celebrate or wish injuries upon players, he couldn't have had the injury before beating us?  Just our luck...

wow...biggest impact imagined...productive oh yeah but way too many carries...too many seasons...plus the post-season workload..another reason to value the passing game over the running game all things being equal...bring the titans back down more than 1 notch for sure

Feet can be overused like any other part of the body.  Even if that weren't the case, the more you use something the more chances you have for an accident, so it still actually is.

5th metatarsal is, I believe, the dreaded "Jones fracture" injury.  Terrible for an athlete.  Feel bad for Henry.  Oilers fans?  Not so much.
