I tend to agree but try to do too much fumbles and or and ints in a losing effort then he is out

Not necessarily with Tampa next week and a rematch in New England two weeks after that. My gut feeling has long been the road teams getting victories in the Bills/Patriot series this year.

 

Going 2-1 in those three games could still be enough to obtain the #1 seed in the AFC if the Bills end up finishing 12-5. 

 

Mahomes is coming around in the AFC but Allen holds the trump card over Mahomes with the head to head and so far still better passer efficiency on the season. The only legitimate candidates in the NFC are shaping up to be Rodgers and Brady.  Both maybe at this point more worthy then Mahomes or Allen but still a lot to be decided.

Yes. Seriously. Nothing to do with accuracy anyway. I just honestly don't recall a lot of 30 yard attempts or completions this year. So I am surprised he is number one still this year. Wondering how many 30+ yard completions he had last year through 11 games?

The reason is because Allen’s 30+ yard passes aren't as difficult as most other QBs 30+ yard passes.

 

A 15 yard out route for Teddy Bridgewater is like a 30 yard out route for Allen.

I get what people are saying with this and somewhat agree but honestly if he didn’t try to ‘do too much’ against Jacksonville I don’t think we even crack 50 yards of offense that game lol we only focus on the negative outcome ‘he’s doing too much’ plays here but there are tons of positive ones also

Or a defense that heats up in the red zone…or an offense that can score quick and force them into a shootout. Both of which are likely to happen. I just really don’t see the pats winning this game I think this is all media hype machine gassin up the patriots. They’re a good team not a great one and even in ideal circumstances are not remotely close to as effective on offense as that healthy titans team we had the displeasure of facing lol I think they’ve only had aj brown/Julio jones/Derrick Henry on the field together for like two games this year and one of those was against us. Whole different dynamic when you’ve got two receivers that can beat you all over the field and a hall of fame running back than what the pats are doing

Define clunker though. Because I don't expect the numbers to exactly look good tonight. 23+ mph winds and a very good defense. This game is less about Allen's numbers and more about getting a W. In fact that is the main thing here in terms of MVP. Would be better for Allen to have a bad game and win then to have a great game and lose if we are talking about his MVP odds.
