Bills lost the game in the red zone

Buffalo was 2 for 5 in the red zone. Tennessee was 3 for 3. You can't win many games in the NFL trading FG's for TD's. Tyler Bass is at the top of the league in kicking short FG's.

That’s difference between a team that has Derrick Henry and a team that can’t run the ball.

Pretty much. All 22 will show Allen missed some open WR'S. It wasn't his best performance in the redzone.

The 3rd down where Josh ran, Cole Beasley was uncovered in the back of the end zone. Not sure if Josh was committed to running, but if he looked up, Cole was all alone.

It didn't help matters,  but the offense still put up 31 points.

They lost this game because the defense was completely ineffective after the first quarter.

I agree, the defense was trash in the 2nd half, but if the Bills turned one of those FG's into a TD in the 1st qtr, they win.

Cole was all alone from the snap. That's why I think it was a run all along. Not a good call.

Yeah, they didn't do so great in the RedZone...had a chance to tie the game late and chose to go for it. I can't fault the decision, I would have done the same thing.

They'll work it out over the bye week and the next several games. Still think they will be the 1 seed with their NFL easiest schedule.

We discussed ad naseum last year how important it would be to improve our run game. Tonight proved nothing has changed from last year. The little Brieda experiment is a fail. And with our current OL we will continue to ask Josh to be our RB.

All QB miss open receivers.  He hit open receivers too, which is why we scored 31 points.

Which is usually enough to win, if your defense doesn't give up 34 points and fail to get even one stop in the 2nd half.
