I thought a review initiated with a running clock under 2 minutes required a 10 second run off?

No one got screwed. It was just a waste of time.

Seattle got the first spike off with 1 second left so either way they would have got a FG attempt.

I think that was about as close to correct as the refs can get it but replay buzzing in there is going to turn it into a ***** show regardless.

They screwed Pittsburgh. Seattle has more time to get their kicking unit ready.

I didn’t think they’d give them enough time to get the spike off with time left.

Same. Announcers mentioned it and never brought it up again

Someone told me they changed that rule. Which hopefully thats true bc 10 second run off based on something beyond a team's control to end the game is an awful way to officiate.

Lost in all that nonsense was how stupid Metcalf was for not going out of bounds.

Right....jeezus. Stupid play.

No idea what the refs were reviewing there. The replay official may have lost his composure.
