Blank Stare Posted October 17, 2021 Posted October 17, 2021 Browns are really in a spot trying to figure whether (and how much) to pay Baker. 1 Quote

Draconator Posted October 17, 2021 Posted October 17, 2021 I think Baker needs to move out of the stadium and find a nice condo in The Flats. 3 Quote

I don't know his commercials have informed me that the Browns apparently have cameras in the unisex bathrooms they apparently have. Quote
Logic Posted October 17, 2021 Posted October 17, 2021 The Browns would have been better off with Allen or Jackson, and likely would have been better off with Darnold, too. Baker's career is going in the wrong direction. He's certainly not a guy I'd want to hand a big contract to. Quote

entropyrules Posted October 17, 2021 Posted October 17, 2021 The officiating in the Cheats Cowgals game is really suspect...what kind of compromising material do Kraft and Belly have on the zebras? 1 Quote

Lamar is 9th least in aggressive % at 13.9. Meaning 86.1% of the time it is not a tight window throw. Baltimore has 2 receivers in the top 9 of cushion space at the LoS. Brown and Andrews have an average yards of separation at the time they catch the ball at 3.6 and 3.4.  By comparison when Diggs catches the ball he has an avg yards of separation of 2.4.  Mean a whole metric butt ton?  No.  You can see on TV how open Andrews and Brown get when they get the football.  They are open like Diggs was on that deep pass the other day almost every play.  When those too aren't then Lamar takes off running.  You can put a big red check mark on my post all you want.  Doesn't change the truth.   Is Lamar an amazing athlete?  Yes, he is.  Is he a great pocket passer?  No, he isn't.  Not terrible but not really anything better than average.  If teams didn't have to worry about the run so much Lamar would be bottom half of the league in passing IMO.  You keep saying its amazing what Lamar has done with all the injuries... big deal they lost some running backs on offense.  Lamar is the run threat that makes the run work with Roman's amazing schemes.  Lastly the NFL has proven for 3 years that teams that can take away Lamars running ability take away their offense.  Where the hell do you get it from that Lamar is the greatest thing ever? Way to knock down a straw man but I absolutely never said that. Quote

GunnerBill Posted October 17, 2021 Posted October 17, 2021 Whether the injury is affecting Mayfield's play or not if you were his agent you'd be encouraging him to tell the medics it is too painful to play because he is hurting his negotiations right now. 1 Quote
