#2 Failing to teach the child not to assault other people with sharp instruments.

#3 Leaving the sharp instrument in a place where the child could get a hold of it.

Actually it is the school security guard.  How did she get past the sensors with that?  It could have been a terrorist.  Fire the Pinkerton.

Clearly it's the fault of the administrators for not having a 'zero tolerance policy' on sharp objects in schools.

I am so sick and tired of hearing all you people blame everthing but the RESPONSIBLE culprit: The Diabetic NEEDLE!

 

If we didnt have diabetics in our society this never would have happened. Next thing, that poor child will be experimenting with insulin.
