Draconator Posted October 15, 2021 Posted October 15, 2021 You may remember him as the guy who Pete Rose bulldozed at home plate in the All-Star game, but his post playing career he was the color analyst for the A's. And a damn good one too. He would always talk to the fans, and after a 5 minute conversation with him, you felt like you were a part of his immediate family. This is a big loss for the A's and their fans. https://www.mlb.com/athletics/news/ray-fosse-dies 1 Quote
TBBills Posted October 15, 2021 Posted October 15, 2021 Wonder if Pete Rose had a bet on who would live longer. Quote
LewPort71 Posted October 15, 2021 Posted October 15, 2021 I remember Ray Fosse playing for Cleveland. He was compared favorably to Johnny Bench at the time. Then that idiot from Cincinnati ruined Ray's career at the All-Star game. He was never the same after that play. RIP Ray Fosse. 1 1 Quote

The guy absolutely deserves to be banned for life. Unlike the NFL... At least MLB has some values... Quote
