Literally in this case, because I am badly allergic to something in bleu cheese. Then again, I'm not much of a wing fan, so... It's not the taste - although I tend to stay away from hot wings. It's the work to reward ratio - there's not enough meat on most wings to make it worth the mess. I'll take tenders or a roasted chicken over wings any day. (No - you CAN'T take my Bills fan card away from me for my heresy. I've been a Bills fan for decades - I survived the 20 year desert. I'm not gonna stop now...) 1 Quote

Either blue cheese or ranch is fine for dipping the carrots and celery, but being a tranditionalist, I go with the blue cheese. As a Buffalo native, I just know that's how it's done.
