CorkScrewHill Posted October 11, 2021 Posted October 11, 2021 I must have missed it on the broadcast .. perhaps Chris Collinsworth stated it and I tuned out his blathering, but 14 straight weeks of a halftime lead the longest in the history of the NFL .. nice. 2 Quote
MJS Posted October 11, 2021 Posted October 11, 2021 (edited) I did hear them mention it on the broadcast. They got through it quickly before getting back to talking about how historically great the Chiefs and Mahomes are. Edited October 12, 2021 by MJS 1 1 5 Quote
Southern_Bills Posted October 11, 2021 Posted October 11, 2021 I remember they put the stat up on the screen during the broadcast, not sure it was talked about though. Quote
PonyBoy Posted October 11, 2021 Posted October 11, 2021 The streak was broke so quietly. None of us on TBD, national media ever made mention that the Bills were even close, let alone break it. Not my knowledge at least. That is a Patriot like streak. Crazy! Quote
eball Posted October 11, 2021 Posted October 11, 2021 If you look back somewhere in the archives of this forum you’ll see a post I made prior to the 2019 season in which I pretty much nailed the trajectory of this team. I predicted 10-6 and playoffs in 2019, at least 12 wins and a division championship in 2020, and the beginning of world domination in 2021. Pretty spot on. 2 3 Quote
SoCal Deek Posted October 11, 2021 Posted October 11, 2021 During the Texans game they mentioned that we were in second place for holding a ten point or greater lead at halftime so since ii was 24-13 last night we must now be tied for first place all time for that oddly unique stat too. I think they said the Houston Oilers had held it alone at seven games in the early 1960s. Quote
