It was wonderful, truly wonderful, and I don't just mean that in a creepy sexual way.

When he did it against the Vikings it had the desired effect (he's talked about this since) of getting his teammates behind him and believing he is willing to do anything to get a win.

I always thought he'd do it again in a Super Bowl, and it would become a modern day Elway Helicopter. Maybe he will, but when he did it last night it just made me smile like a kid. Not only was it the moment when I finally thought "nah, these guys aren't going to have some miraculous comeback today", but, from a more selfish and superficial standpoint, I was just happy that he did something like that on national TV with Mahomes on the sideline. Kind of a ***** you to the people constantly ball washing Mahomes, knowing it will be shown again and again this week (I'm sure it will win the Angry Runs on GMFB).

It was a real "THAT'S MY QUARTERBACK!" moment and I didn't feel in the least bit stupid sitting in my chair, grinning like a proud parent

Yeah, but I just heard Max Kellerman say Justin Herbert is better than Josh RIGHT NOW 😂

Max is on crack!  Let's see how far this season's Chargers go before he starts getting anointed as the NEW Josh Allen.

Hopefully only when it's really necessary.  Normally that's a good way to get hurt, but Josh seems to have the knack for sure!  Puts out the hand to try and get a hold of the defender's helmet - leapfrog style!  Just great awareness.

Awesome mechanics...how do you synchronize your limbs to be that effective...I mean you need the legs to kick and jump; one hand to hold the ball tightly and then other hand to use as leverage against the down player.....truly unbelievable

I mean, that kind of play - from the QB - can lift an entire team, and beyond just one game.  What a huge play. We really needed that 3rd down, and he wasn't going to be denied.

Had to have that 3rd down, too! What a great play

One of the talking heads this morning said exactly this.  On a first down, you don't want your QB doing this.  On a third down, when you need to gain the line, one is OK with this.  And this is why his teammates love Josh.

How's Lander these days?  You getting your first decent snow tomorrow?

Allen had the scariest killer instinct look to him on the hurdle drive.. If he somehow figures a way to summon that attitude on command, my god.. he's going to be unstoppable.

Agree, Josh had the angry run look the entire drive.

Mahomes laughing on the sidelines shows he's impressed!

Allen with 2 hurdles so far, do you think he'll continue to do them?

I think that was more grimace from Mahomes than laughing.

The point we're all at, and we just need to sit back and bask in all of this, is that our QB is in every single conversation regarding who the best QB is right now.  I can live with that.

I totally get that Josh really needs to be careful doing this stuff, but MAN that was awesome seeing him pull this one off again - for the First Down!!!

third down late in a game with an opportunity to ice it against a team you might be fighting for home field later is exactly when I am Ok seeing him jump

3rd quarter against the texans would be a whole different story.

he’s definitely learning how to pick his spots

Haven't been on here in a week or so. Yup. Got some snow! supposed to get some more tomorrow. Been a nice fall, though.

There is a reason why people like Max and Nick Wrong are on ESPN shows that no one really knows.

The next time MK says something based in reality will be the first time…,
