PastaJoe
Counting people in line, I had to do that once for an Operations Management class assignment on optimal queueing. I'll do it for only $20 an hour.

When they hire an outside company to do work, they pay the company's burdened rate plus a fee (profit for the company). Hence the $95 rate (which is still far too high for the skill level required). ExiledInIllinois
What it boils down to is this: Mychajliw: "Half joking, a lot of people would say, you know what, sign me up for that job.” Things are getting ugly in WNY... Sounds like they are eating their own? Everybody is an expert? ???
