Is there a limit to a delay? For example, if it storms for two more hours later do they just suspend it and finish tomorrow?

Yea Feliciano certainly could have been called on the Sanders TD. 

 

I thought the refs were absolutely fine. This is a flag happy crew but I think they have been fair for the most part.
