How did the pats almost beat the bucs? Man the nfl can be weird sometimes

I mean they didn't score much and on defense I'd think Belichick would know the tendencies of a guy he coached for two decades.

Mac Jones really wants to throw to the Texans today.

Week to week league.  Plus, weather can help negate talent differences.

I think Mac Jones might legitimately be terrible. He does not have an NFL arm. Way too easy to defend that kind of QB.

Terrible is probably a bit much. He's just your typical low ceiling QB who can start for short stretches. He could probably take a good team to the playoffs. The Patriots have bigger problems than Mac Jones. Their entire team is trash. No receivers, no running back, terrible o-line, disappointing defense, etc. That team is going to be bad for at least another five years. I do however think it'd be in their best interest to move on from him as soon as possible.

Really wonder if Rodgers retires when Adams gets a big contract.

Had the game on while cleaning and you'd swear he's the only WR on GB.

So I wasn't that impressed by the bills blowout of the Texans cuz I thought they might be the worst nfl team josh has played in his pro career, but they are giving the Pat's more than they can handle. The bills that good? Or Pat's that bad?

In fairness their oline is beat up. They are down 4 starters tonight. But Thuney and Cannon are being missed. I still think healthy that is an above average unit. Their defense is a disappointment IMO.

And now you realize that doesn't happen until week 13.

If the Jets, Dolphins, and Pats lose, the sting of a possible Bills loss would be a little less, but the satisfaction of a Bills win would be that much sweeter!!
