Do we trust Mckenzie to handle punts in the rain?

Will the Bills punt at all?

Is our secret weapon, Taiwan, going to be unleashed?

Can they try building a wall with all the tall people on the roster?

So what is the Special Teams Game plan?

Don't let them block a punt or FG and return it for a TD?

( I love answering a question with a question ;) )

Even if they do, do you really think they’ll give an honest response? 🤦‍♂️

This is a legit question.. We've had two SP blunders this year that cost us opposing TDs. Steelers blocked punt was a game decider, Washington thankfully made no difference.. but 2 major blunders in 4 games is not a good start/trend.

I would hardly call the second one a blunder, that was just a freak occurrence/force of nature. I'll eat my shoe if the WTF actually had that installed as a special teams play to make the ball just dead hover at the top if its arc, bounce at the 25 and then bounce back into the arms of Dustin Hopkins.

My issue with the play was that Mckenzie needed to lay out to try and catch that ball. You cannot let it hit the ground. Running up to a few yards from it, stopping, and letting it hit the ground shows a lack of understanding of the situation.

Zero punts from our team

No one in the backfield to receive punts from KC.  Just all out rush and let the ball roll.

All onside kicks from our team

When KC kicks off if it doesn't go in the end zone our entire team piles on the ball.

Agreed, it's a live ball as soon as it crosses 10 yards past the kicking team setup point. That being said I don't think he was even in a position to be able to reach it before the entire scrum reached the area where the ball ultimately landed. That ball basically went airborne and just dead hung for 1-2 seconds near the 25 yard line. When it finally became evident what was actually happening it would have been really dangerous to try and rush the scrum to make the catch. You really needed the hands team on the field for that kickoff in hindsight.

Marv Levy had that pooch kick play designed for that exact spot on the field. Did anyone bother to inform the current coaching staff about the quirks of the stadium?

I'll just be happy if Haack can get a punt off in under 30 seconds, and not directly into the belly of an oncoming rusher

Do you feel like he has had more punts blocked than average in the NFL?

That's a good point. I think I heard that Hyde was on the field for the remaining kickoffs (wait were there any remaining kick-offs?)

But to that point, would we put the two ST blunders of the season on our ST coach? What's the consensus on Heath Farwell? I had to look up who our ST coach even was.
