Cody down to 10% of snaps yesterday. OL is starting to gel. Finally.

I said after his rookie season that he looked like a bust and he in fact is a bust 2nd rounder.  Not a great sign when you are having to rotate players at one position which started in his rookie year.  Not surprised to see him gone after the season because you only get so many opportunities and Bills have given that. The Bills made up for that terrible pick by taking Brown in the 3rd round and he looks like a keeper

Our long Cody Ford National Nightmare is over.

... or not.

You really don't know. You're pretending the facts show that what you want will happen. They don't. They only show what happened. After that, as usual, we'll see.

Certainly did look like either a wake-up call or a replacement, whether temporary or permanent. Again, we'll see.

Just looking at his pre-draft tape I was pretty sure he did not have the foot speed and agility to play tackle. But given his nasty and size I thought he might develop into a good guard and therefore not a bust. Turns out, perhaps not surprisingly, that some of the same things that compromise his ability in pass pro from the tackle position also affect his effectiveness in pass pro from the guard position. Back to the drawing board. I hope that they can still retool him as a guard.

Yet McD felt the need to tell everyone he’s a good football player after the game…

Wow what a shock.  Yes coaches always come out after games and rip their players.

He was asked a question specificity about the benching so what else would anyone with a brain expect him to say.

The fact is that Big Cody barely saw the field. And we can all be thankful for that.

Well they benched him in a game where they were already thin at Guard with Feliciano out, not a very good sign for Cody.

Yesterday's OL was by far the best combo we have put together yet results wise. I'm good with leaving Boettger in there over Feliciano as well. It will be imperative to keep Josh as clean as possible and churn out some yards in the run game this week for balance against KC.

Man, passing on DK for Ford is looking worse and worse. I totally understood the pick but wanted DK more there before we had Diggs.

Hope Ford can reinvent himself here ASAP.

Do we have to keep lamenting who we didnt pick?

I read this message board, what is wrong with Beasley, what is wrong with Rousseau, Ford is a bust.  You would think the Bills lost by 40.

How I felt in 2019 on draft day and still feel. Sue me for voicing my thoughts or opinions on a message board about the team I watch and follow non-stop.

What's tiring, is people like you telling other people what they can or cannot say.  If you don't like it don't reply period.

Also, if you actually read my posts or replies on topics, I'm 180* the opposite normally what you're are trying to say.

Keep opening mouth and inserting foot, genius.

Right?  How dare he try to keep a player motivated in case he is needed later in the season?  The nerve.

Maybe he is ... but maybe Spencer Brown is better.
