TAinLack. Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 (edited) Just putting it out there, that group caused a lot of heartburn for us last year. Will Reid devise a new game plan or just repeat what was a successful game plan in 2020? Edited October 4, 2021 by TAinLA spelling 1 1
RobbRiddicksTDLeap Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 Get after Mahomes. There’s no other way. 4 3 1
ProcessTruster Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 Probably not. Especially without Milano. Likely need to do what they failed to do in the title game, run the ball successfully, as bills still have no answer for Chiefs front 4. Limit each other's possessions, try to keep the score close in the high 20's. If it turns into a shootout, the Bills O Line will get run over (again) . 4
ProcessYaDigg Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 Nope. We might as well forfeit the rest of our games, get a higher draft position, and try again next year. 1 5 1
Magox Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 They have to try to not let Kelce get a free release and chip him to try to disrupt the timing of his routes. Kelce and Hill made it look way too easy last game and they need to somehow pay extra attention to those two guys. 2
njbuff Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 The Bills will have healthier receivers and a healthy Moss this time around, which should help. Nobody keeps KC under 30 at home without the help of turnovers. The Bills need MVP Josh Allen cause they ain’t shutting down KC in KC. 1 1 1
Jobot Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 We need our offense to show that they can score on this Chiefs D. The D has done 'enough' the past two matchups, we need to be confident in scoring points after this game regardless of W or L. Offense will be the story line. 2
Big Turk Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 They need to stop playing scared. They've played that way in all of the meetings so far...like McD is scared to go against Daddy Reid 5 1 1
Greg S Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 If they win this game it will be a 38-35 type of score. The defense is playing well but to hold that offense down especially in Arrowhead is a tough task for anyone. 1
Buffalo_Stampede Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 Don’t play afraid of them. Only thing you must fear is Hill deep. Other than that play aggressive and physical. 2
RobbRiddick Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 Don't know why the poster is getting eye rolls, seems like a fair question. I think the Chiefs are getting close to having our number, just as we do with the phins. I had this down as a loss before the season and still do now, though I do think we'll take them in the playoffs. 3

Beyond that I also agree about needing to run the ball effectively. The Bills are built to have shootouts with teams like KC and that’s not optimal to say the least. Call_Of_Ktulu Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 We pay Tre White as a top CB to follow players like Hill and try and shut them down. If White cannot cover Hill why is he paid as a top 3 CB. It all comes down to White vs Hill and our pass rush. I have a feeling that we are going to win this game. 3 1
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 A lot of armchair analysts saying don't be scared, and then explaining why to be scared. LMAO 1 1

If Frazier decides to play passive and not go after Mahomes in the pocket then he will rip them apart on Sunday. Not suggesting we blitz on every down but we do need to throw in some blitz packages and get a few sacks & hits on him. You cannot allow him to sit back there and get comfortable 3

You cannot allow him to sit back there and get comfortable The Bills need to get to him with their front 4. Its a big reason why the Giants were able to take down the evil empire twice on the biggest stage. Same for the Bucs beating the Chiefs in last year's Super Bowl. 2
pigpen65 Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 Bucs showed the blueprint in the Superbowl. Double Kelce and Hill and pressure Mahomes. If they lose doing that so be it. 7 1
First Round Bust Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 (edited) also when the Ravens beat the Chefs two weeks ago, they delayed some blitzes as Mahomes is very effective with feeling the first wave of pressure, avoiding it, and throwing on the move, a key play was made on a delayed blitz leading to a pick on the play, I know McD loves his delayed blitzes as well, here's to a better pass rush and overall better gameplan and most important better execution than the last 2-3 times... CountDorkula Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 Safe bet is no. You will need to score at least 30 to beat this Chiefs team. There is no other way. 2
