Are you really choosing to die on this hill? A hill that disregards EVERY other aspect of D line play? Good luck with that astute display of football knowledge. It’s been fun.

Yep. Beasley was a real “shot in the arm” for the offense today.

I'm not dying on any hill bud.

They got 0 sacks which is a fact.

And they didn't get consistent pressure which is my opinion.

And you disagree in saying they got consistent pressure, which is fine.

I'm handing out game balls to all of the fairweather Allen fans speaking of his demise after a shaky two weeks to start the year behind a shaky OL. Deflate just enough to fit into your pie holes, then shove it back until the gag reflex kicks in.

Game Ball to the TE Academy for turning Knox into guy who can catch "most" balls thrown to him.

I think he has caught every target this year so far

AJ didn't get any sacks but he caused other sacks because :

1. He was dominant and forced pressure to other lanes.

2. The d line got sacks because they were getting pressure from all angles.

what's confusing here?

Yes, which happened today since Heinicke was pressured all day.  The only difference is Heinicke is more athletic that Jacoby Brissett.  Heinicke’s athleticism got him out of multiple sacks today, something Brissett couldn’t do.

Its not just me, multiple people are wondering what game you were watching.

He had one today that was slightly behind him and he couldn't reel it in.

Almost turned into a pick 'n' go off the deflection.

Did the D line play well and have a good game or not?

The screen pass aside, every play Heinecke made that hurt us, (and there were precious few for Washington today) was AFTER he escaped pressure with his athleticism. So credit to Heinecke. And NO shame on the D line. None.

Name two plays the entire game that Heinicke just stood there with good blocking and a lot of time.

Many people also agree with me bud.

I got 4 people on one post who gave me the agree emoji so it's a matter of opinion.

All good man, we'll agree to disagree

Moss has been showing up since last week's fumble. The balanced approach was excellent today. Well done to Daboll for play calling and Allen for letting the run plays happen.

/ST’s

Exactly... this was a great team effort on both sides of the ball.... except for ST's.  Isiah running into his own man, the punting, penalties etc.  Hard to be mad though...  gonna be a great week and cant wait for next Sunday!

Heinecke had no time most of the day, and that was with a play design that called for him to get rid of it quickly. Like I said, I’m not sure what game BF130 was watching. Sounds like he was just pissed that they couldn’t get Heinecke on the ground. Maybe he had the over 3 sack prop bet.

Williams should get a game ball for having Chase Young 1 on 1 all game and keeping him overall in check.  He got close a few times, but overall a great job

Absolutely. Nice to see Williams back on track. And I thought Dawkins looked pretty good too.

It’s less a matter of opinion than it is a matter of understanding the game we all watched. But good for you, four people as clueless agree with you.

He threw the ball 24 times, you’re right….unacceptable.

Let me ask you something, what do you believe is a good pressure percentage?  Honestly.  85%-90%?
