DPI because DBs are supposed to stop the jam beyond 5 yards.... he kept it up so does not matter that much what Diggs did at the end of the play.

I think that should have been called holding on Jackson. He held Diggs before the pass and Diggs pushed him off... dont understand DPI. Either way its a first down
