In an odd way it's one of my favorite top 10 Bills games to watch.  Or skim through.

The team didn't play that great that night but still good enough to win.  It's a very sort of the run of the mill/average game for the Bills of that era.

It'd be like kind of a video yearbook of an average day in high school/grammar school.  Perhaps nothing memorable per say about it but it'd be best at showing what your average day looked like back in the day.

Well said - I remember attending that game while I was at UB.  But I sure don't remember anything special about it

I don't have time to look for it, but we got a ball that went into the stands. Maybe 2nd quarter? Front row right side of the EZ looking at the tunnel.  I believe I'm wearing a brown coat.

Found it. 41:45. I swear we were in the tunnel end but I guess not lol.

The game that sticks out to me more was the 96 game against the Skins.  I was at that game so that's probably why it sticks out for me I'm sure but it was a good one.  Thurman and Derrick Thomas ran wild that day and Washington was something like 8-1 heading into that game?  We beat them pretty good.  A fond memory from my childhood!

Great MMF game and 1 of 3 moral revenge wins against the NFCE teams who won Lombardi’s against us.

Enjoy!

There is something beautiful about the MNF lights on that bright green astroturf.  The Monday night atmosphere in Buffalo was always rocking

Ain't that the truth lol. We drank a lot of whiskey to keep warm too. I'm sure that had something to do with it!

In my family we often talk and reminisce about the fun times we had growing up but I'm noticing a trend where the memories are becoming more and more jumbled and it takes 2 or 3 of us to put the correct story together sometimes

i was there.   My first NFL game, I do believe.  Puked on the guy in front of me’s jacket in the first quarter and spent the rest of the game in the car with my dad.

One of my favs…this was a statement game for us during our last SB season run, and yes, I guess we could call it the revenge on Rypien game, as we harried him all night and wrecked their D in the first quarter especially—as a kid I had this game taped on VHS and replayed Kelly’s TD passes over and over, with the MNF crew fawning over the Bills…good times!!!:worthy::w00t:
