let it go? If it makes you feel good you can have the last jab, 😁👍

No you take it!  Great game, on to bigger and better things, thank God!

She was fine - on par with any other broadcaster they trot out on a week to week basis.  She wasn’t Al Michaels, but I prefer her to Solomon Wilcots who we had for years.

That’s my view. I mean they have no shortage of horrible commentators to the point I’ve always wondered why the major networks’ overall roster is so thin. She’s as average as any of them imo.

I could care less. However,  my wife came in during the 1st quarter and commented on how bad Mowins was. I laughed and said I watch the game and dont really pay attention to the announcers.

Watched the game when I got home.

These two are the worst play-by-play and analyst I’ve heard.  Barber is a complete buffoon.

The studio guys did a bang up job, wished they would have finished the game.

I lasted about 3 minutes and said, "EFF THIS."  The radio was less than one second ahead of the TV.  That was perfectly fine and I muted that television as fast as I could.  I hope she never calls another Bills game for the remainder of her career.  Sweet Christ is she horrible.

Yeah, they all called Allen's TD to Knox.....1st it was a QB sneak, then it was a handoff.....Boomer saying how bad the weather was but there are 80K fans screaming . Not 80K and it was only rain, no wind and it wasn't cold. Barber is brutal.

Apparently it was so bad CBS pulled her and claimed they were having technical difficulties

The only job of a play by play announcer is to call the play. Is she calling the play incorrectly? Is she getting the players names wrong? These are the things that should bother someone from a play by play announcer. From what I can tell, the biggest complaint is "I don't like her voice".  WEAK

that's the way I look at it as well.  As long as the play call is correct and accurate, I'm good.

Now the color commentator is a different story...

I was at the game so didn’t hear the broadcast, but I watched the game highlights on nfl.com and I’d put her firmly in the Maddy Glab category.  Grating voice, but very good at her craft.

I was shocked at how close the audio was to the game.  It was a tiny bit frustrating hearing what was coming.  Even a half second makes a huge difference.  But I got used to it and ended up enjoying it quite a bit.

I usually have an aversion to female announcers to tell the truth.  Its probably a bit neanderthal and misogynistic burned in over my 43 years, but it just doesn't seem right to me, especially for a sport like American Football which they never really played.  Of course there are plenty of male broadcasters who have the same playing experience, but I overlook it.

Anyways, I thought she was perfectly fine, even very good.

My 8 year old kid couldnt stand her though.  We had to go somewhere and we got in the car, and he was outwardly happy that Murphy was announcing.  I thought that was interesting because he doesnt have 43 years of bias baked in yet (I defended her as an announcer to him).

I actually think Murphy is a terrible radio announcer.

I have to say that she was ok yesterday.

Getting the plug pulled might have helped ;) JK

All of a sudden I had the blue screen of death and I was like WTF

I thought CTV had somehow screwed up their simulcast.

Beth was good.  Knew what was happening on the field and could competently describe it.  Voice sounded dramatic or excited at appropriate times.

I don't get all the negativity.
