Straight Hucklebuck Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 I think it’s closer to 27-7, maybe the Dolphins convert once. But the Bills had contained Miami’s dink and dunk offense.
Jay_Fixit Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 Tua is just so average. Bills win 67-0 if he stays in. 1
Beast Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 The NFL would have had to postpone next weeks games due to mourning ghe death of Tuna. He would have eventually left the game and delivered to the nearest hospital via a hearse.
RobbRiddick Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 I really think if Tua hadn't got hurt he would have ended up being attached permanently to AJ or Groot because they would have been in contact with him pretty much all day

FLFan Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 Brissett is the best QB on that team. They looked better without Tua yesterday Not saying much I know 3
Lofton80 Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 I think Brissett gives them a better chance to win.
JaCrispy Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 I couldn’t care less...only reason I’m posting is because I figured I would contribute something since I got suckered into this thread...😉

I agree Brissett looked better than Tua, but I think Tua is sneaky enough to at least put a FG on the board earlier in the game.

Brissett got them into FG range a number of times but they always went for it or turned it over on downs. 1
Scott7975 Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 I think Tua is a bad QB and he would have come out of the game even without the injury. I also think he would have thrown at least one pick 6 before that happened. There is just nothing special about Tua. I would put him in the class of Peterman honestly.
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 The same result Tua hasn’t proved himself IMO
fan_in_tx Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 What happens if Josh Allen goes 32/33 ? Same type of question .. 1
transient Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 If Tua doesn't get hurt yesterday it means he wasn't actually starting. He's made of glass.
Nextmanup Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 We'll never know b/c Tua did get hurt, and quite early! I think it would have been a different game, but with the same outcome. Miami played terribly as a team and had breakdowns all over the place that went beyond QB performance.
BillsVet Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 Who cares? Tua got hurt, he was behind a bad OL, and Buffalo won by a huge margin. Still not clear why people agonize over hypotheticals. There's plenty enough already to be concerned with.

Unless he got hurt on another play first. Brissett is smart and incredibly tough. He could survive under that pressure. Tua couldn't. Benched or hurt looked like his options.
Paul Costa Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 Very little if any difference. Thank Jesus the Dolphins took Tua and not Herbert

I know the sample size was small but it seems like Tua was a deer in the headlights and while his OL did him no favors I think his head was spinning with the free blitzes that were coming through No, I think the score is more lop-sided. Tua seemed to be really struggling understanding our D and leaving pass rushers unblocked off the edge. 3
