Edmunds isn’t going to look great without a dominant 1 tech or as a will in a 3-4.  He’s not a downhill LBer. Never was; never will be. If McB is happy with that then they need to find a solid 1-tech that’s more reliable than Star…. A guy who can dominate and allow Edmunds to scrape and get to the edge. 

 

Well then I sure hope McD and Beane do that! I'm tired of undersized lineman. It will help Edmunds out, which will boost him to be about average imo.

I won't call it a mistake, but obviously he will take less or move on next year. 

 

Replacing a guy sounds great unless your the guy finding the new guy.

 

Edmunds is not good enough, but he's better than alot if other options, sadly.

Did you not watch the game. Edmunds got cleared out or picked the wrong gap at least 7-8 times. Edmunds is awful and will never develop. I don't care if you wait till he's 35.

Edmunds is literally terrible! How can it be that fans don’t see that? He’s a rag doll trying to play MLB and he hasn’t progressed at all, as far as I can see. I’m sure he’s a nice kid but he simply isn’t the right body type to play that position in the NFL. He just isn’t!

At least 2 of Edmunds “tackles” were as he was chasing the play, the ball carrier being wrapped up by his teammates, and here comes Edmunds 100MPH, plows into the ball carrier pushing him forward for another 2-3 yards. He is truly the gift that keeps on giving.
