eball Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 i'm serious. look at our last two #11s. let's just stop the madness and prevent the curse from ever plaguing our bills again. i'm also calling for anyone who purchased a #11 bills' jersey to immediately burn said garment. on the bright side, #7 was somewhat lucky for the bills the last time around (and that's coming from an admitted flutie critic). with our last #7 the bills were at least exciting and a playoff contender. yes, i'm a bit bored this thursday morning.
CajunBillsBacker Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 I'll second that, I don't know if I can stand seeing another 11 on a Bills jersey again.

bobblehead Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 Something tells me that Roscoe Parrish will be wearing that number.
duey Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 Come on now...while I agree with taking #11 out because of RJ, you have to cut Drew a little slack. He wasn't that horrible. Jeez. Just think of the some of the pre- and post-Kelly eras...Joe Dufek, Bruce Mathison, Vince Ferragamo, Todd Collins, Doug Flutie, Alex Van Pelt, Billy Joe Hobert, Travis Brown, and of course, RJ. Compared to those guys (no offense to AVP), Bledsoe was not all that bad. That being said...GO JP!!!

Boy was surronded by some god awful talent, plus I just loved is name
duey Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 Wow...a Joe Dufek fan. His fan club meetings could have been held in a phone booth. You're right, though. That team (1985) was not exactly laden with talent, though some of the building blocks of the Super Bowl teams were being added (Andre and Bruce's rookie years).
pkwwjd Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 If we want to pick on #11 some more, ... I believe Dan Manucci wore 11 (IIRC).
erynthered Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 Something tells me that Roscoe Parrish will be wearing that number. 321977 The jersey would be touching his toes too.
stuckincincy Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 Something tells me that Roscoe Parrish will be wearing that number. 321977 Good idea. Any other numerals would wrap around his flanks and terminate on the back of his jersey.
