He was out of the league a year after he left Buffalo. His last year here(MW) Wrex had a 6'5" 290lb 4-3 Pass Rush End dropping into coverage. The poor guy was ruined mentally.
Plano Posted September 10, 2021 Posted September 10, 2021 A lot of money to pay for an OK pass rusher. 1

Solomon Grundy Posted September 10, 2021 Posted September 10, 2021 Maybe with Watt’s light workload he ends up with a calf injury too😎

Yea Mario hit the wall fast. I don't think Rex's scheme helped... but when pass rushers hit the wall it often goes quickly. Mario was in that camp. 1

I keep telling people that, but nobody listens. They think it's going to be a Blowout. Expect a dog fight just like Thursday night. I still think we win though.

I don't doubt that JJ always wanted to be on the football field and sometimes he made bad short term decisions to get out there when not healthy and ended up missing more time as a result. But the facts are the facts and the second half of his 10 year stint in Houston he played more than 8 games twice. 1
