Edit: For anyone interested like I was, appears you have to be captain 4 years (which fills in the 4 stars on the captain patch) before you get the gold “C” and 4 stars patch in your 5th year of captaincy. So, looks like, Josh and Tremaine need this year (done), next year, and then voted captain the following year to get the gold patch. Edited September 7, 2021 by TheProcess 4 2

Expand A lot of our senior leadership on the team is on defense and I do feel like they specifically try to spread it between the 3 phases.
