I worked there for 8 years, right up until it suddenly, and without any further communication, closed for good.

Nah, it closed down in March of 2020 when things got hairy. Never reopened.

We went for my wifes birthday and the food was really solid.  Only minus was they sat us right by the air conditioner.  It was hot outside, but the ladies were in sundresses and were freezing.

Joe Todaro and his family we're regulars.    His wife, Cookie, required fresh lobster.   Had to make lobster runs to local seafood markets on a number of occasions while valeting.   

 

Ah the buffalo mafia/lanova pizza don.  I met the son when i was in catering at salvatore's, and he asked me where i got my pizza.  I actually did buy it at la nova at the time, but i also mentioned that it was a tad pricey 😆.  Now it's like absurdly pricey, and the quality is worse.

The two favorite restaurants of my wife and me are Olivers and Russels. We were engaged at Russels. (Russ Salvatore bought us a drink when I told him). Olivers was fantastic when we celebrated what we thought was the end of my wife's cancer. (She had two more occurrences, but she has been cancer free for 2 years now).
