Try a range extender. Our garage is kitty-corner across the street ~ 150 feet and it works awesome.

Range extender as pointed out above.  But if distanced are far, here are other options.
 

Outdoor rated Category 6 computer cable.  Direct burial.  Just need jacks for both ends and lightning protection (as not to fry your electronics).  Can go up to 350’ and provided fast internet.
