Duke is not in action tonight at 7pm with the Riders vs Calgary Stampeders.

I just checked the roster and he is still injured.

Another Bills fan fave WR is on that team Naaman Rosevelt.

Looks like its on ESPN+ for our American friends :)

Sat, Oct 9   7 p.m. Calgary Stampeders vs. Saskatchewan Roughriders  ESPN+

Naaman has actually carved himself a solid CFL career. Duke was on his way to one before he was derailed by a 3 year stint in the big boy league…

I could be wrong but I think the level of coaching/training is higher, along with the level of competition.

It will hopefully serve Duke well in picking up where he left off/taking it to another level.

How does the money in NFL compare to CFL?

Edit: never mind, I googled....$53k minimum, $80-100k average.

So being on an NFL practice squad all season at $9,200/week or $156k/yr, is actually better money

Being played vet minimum for only 2 games would be $70k.

I live a little bit south of Regina. To bad that doesn't have a catchy tune. Before josh allen their was a wyo qb who played for the rough riders, thought about going up for a game once.

Guy still holds a bunch of records for Wyoming....probably not if Josh actually plays more than 2 years.

The Roughies lost a heartbreaker at home  to the Stamps in a low scoring 19-16 game.

A walk off field goal was the difference.

Ka' Deem Carey led the way with 20 carries for 109yds and another 5 catches for 69 yds

Bo Levi Mitchell went 20/28 and 296yds 1 td and 2 ints for the Stamps

Cody Fajardo went 20/31 for 191 and a TD for the  Riders

I only watched the football game when the Leafs game went to commercial.

I was also checking in on the Buff Bulls game and Texas A&M vs Bama game.

I was wearing the batteries out going back and forth ;)

BTW congrats to T A&M on the huge upset win :)
