A cousin said his laptop was working fine when he got it but today decided to disable this so that he wouldn't have to keep logging on. I guess it didn't work and for some reason it won't accept his old login. He can't get passed the Admininstrator pass and is stuck. I don't know what to say. Thanks for your help.
