Ridgewaycynic2013
I was just spinning through stats and was unable to find; what's the most points by the Bills in a regular season?

Greg S
Could you imagine the Bills offense of the early 90's playing in today's "YOU CANT PLAY DEFENSE ANYMORE" league. Kelly and company were just as dangerous throwing the ball as Josh is with this group. Biggest difference is Thurman is much better than any Bills RB on the roster today. I bet they would have also topped 500 points just like last years offense. 2
First Round Bust
while I would love to see it, esp with the additional regular season game making it more obtainable, I would prefer to see the O evolve and diversify; produce a better run game, use the middle of the field more with the TEs and Sanders, throw more to the RBs with a one-one LB coverage, if that produces more points, fine... NewEra
We’ll smash the scoring record as long as our defensive run stopping isn’t terrible.
Cash
Donkeys? You can do better than that. I think it’s very unlikely we score more points than last year. Road games will have crowd noise, plus it’s normal to expect regression to the mean. For example, if our D improves AND our run game improves, we’d be able to sit on 2-score leads instead of HAVING to keep the pressure on.
machine gun kelly
606 is an avg. on 17 rounding up to 36 pts a game. Everyone knows I love my Bills, but no. I hope so, but doubt it.

I bet they would have also topped 500 points just like last years offense. Yeah, Kelly had the great TT and the indestructible Andre Reed but that's just about it. Allen is at a peak JK never had in Buffalo (Kelly's kneees were kind of shot by the time he eventually made it to Buffalo. Plus Allen has Diggs, Sanders, Beasley, Davis, McKenzie, Singletary, Knox, Moss, Hollister and whoever wins that #6 WR spot (and he is going to score TDs). Allen has an absolutely loaded offensive staff and arguably a better line to boot. Note: the K-gun was smoking with Lofton and Will Wolford But we lost those two to age and free agency and never replaced them. Kelly also lost Marchibroda who would have done a better job. PS - I think Singletary is getting a unfair judgment in Buffalo as he resembles the just as slow Thurman Thomas. We're not letting Singletary get going. He averaged 5.1 as a rookie and in year two Daboll completely focused on making Allen a household name (and succeeded) letting the run game fall to the wayside a bit. Watch this year, Singletary May not be as good as Thomas but he is going to be at least a facsimile of Thurman, if not, a a very similar copy. Just watch with our focusing on the run, with Feliciano's weight drop, with Ford in at RG, and the line focusing on run blocking execution more, Singletary is going to get that 5.1 again which is excellent. He'll also catch better this yearI predict. He already is a very good blocker which could be argued is his #1 job in this offense. Go Bills! Mango
Can we not be that fan base? Imagine going to KC’s or TB’s board and seeing that. We’d be taking about how absolutely insufferable they are.

I think Diggs and Beasley catch less but everyone else goes up still. If defenses play the run we will keep throwing as well. Daboll takes what's given, he doesn't call by the score he calls by the defense shown. Last year, teams never got out of that run blitz/blitz defense vs. the Bills. I don't see them conceding this year until Allen starts really blowing up opponents. So, we're going to do that. PS - Diggs and Beasley will still definitely have their huge games, but the ball is going to go to Sanders and Davis a lot and if our TEs catch the damn ball, they'll get a lot of targets as well. Along with our backs.... The way I see it, Singletary will average 10 yds./catch often beating the first tackler.
Big Turk
That would be tough but possible I suppose...I assume it would need to be on a PPG basis since they have an extra one in there.
Royale with Cheese
The defense would need to step up too. Need to force more punts and get the offense back on the field.
Ethan in Cleveland
I voted no not because I think the offense can't do it but because the defense is too good. High scoring games often are because both teams are scoring. Our defense is good enough to hold the opponents in check. That means a lot of fourth quarter leads, running the ball killing the clock late in the game, and playing the backups.
Buffalo_Stampede
If they're any stat heads on the board you would know most top offenses regress the following year. Question is how much. Maybe only a few points maybe a lot. The Bills scored 60 offensive TD'S last year. I don't think they'll do it again. Probably around the 50-55 mark. Still a top 10 offense but a slight regression. However, comparing Singletary to Thomas, who in his prime routinely led the league in yards from scrimmage, is crazy talk. Irrespective of the cause of the issues with the running game last season, before Moss got hurt Singletary wasn't even the most effective back on the team. Don Otreply
Not that I would mind if they did, but it’s not likely likely. I only want them to win the super bowl, and I don’t give a rats azs how they accomplish this task. 😁👍 Go Bills!!!
