Rc2catch Posted August 12, 2021 Posted August 12, 2021 (edited) I haven’t been back to New York in like ten years. Mighty taco.. Pizza and of course wings, chicken fingers or steak and cheese subs, things that I just cannot get in my area of Tennessee. Well you can get them but they’re terrible. Lol they like to bake all their wings here. It’s mushy and gross 🤮🤮 Edited August 12, 2021 by Rc2catch 1

It's one step up from Your Host (or what we used to call Your Hole) for you old timers on here. My family gave me gift cards to Tim Hoes. Said thank you very much.. I regifted them... 🙂 Your Host - that's one awesome old WNY reference 1

You even woke me up at 6am while I was soundly sleeping on your couch by shouting “WAKE UP JAYYYY ITS TIMMMMMMMMMY TIME!!!” And then I woke up and we went to Timmies. Firstly, literal lol. Secondly, i think of that trip often and each time I think of how weird it was that you elected to sleep on the couch and not the guest bedroom. Like, it couldn’t have been anymore inconvenient for me when I wanted to watch tv in the morning. 1
Returntoglory Posted August 12, 2021 Posted August 12, 2021 IMHO, I have been to LA and Cali many times over the years in a previous life and In N Out burgers are amazing! But in a pinch if In N Out are unobtainable, I'd go with Shake Shack! Lived in Manhattan for 8 years and their burgers and food are excellent! https://www.shakeshack.com/

Even if they did say “ok”, they just don’t have the logistics in place to support a Northeast expansion. They have some or at least one in Austin Texas....If they can get it there they should be able to bring it to Buffalo!!! 1

That being said straight burger for burger In-N-Out hands down for me. No spread, whole grilled onions, fried mustard, and chopped chilies. Just let the flavor soak in. I used to despise their fries but now I can’t stop eating those either. They must use cocaine or something. Good lord I know what I’m eating for my next meal. Food porn! 2
sfbillsfan Posted August 12, 2021 Posted August 12, 2021 In-out won't be here until it first opens in Carolina! 1
hmsmystic Posted August 12, 2021 Posted August 12, 2021 Let me confirm this as a native western NYer who has moved out West. In and Out Burger is fine. But the burgers (and Pizza and wings and subs) are so much better back in WNY that it's not worth even thinking about. Can't tell you how much I miss a good Bill Gray's burger! 1

LeGOATski Posted August 12, 2021 Posted August 12, 2021 Wasn't crazy about In-n-Out at first, but I've grown to love the double-double with everything on it. Literally, I've grown 1 1

Nothing special IMO other than more natural ingredients. That’s probably because you don’t know the secret menu 🥷 2
billsfan89 Posted August 12, 2021 Posted August 12, 2021 The reason In N Out is mostly in the West Coast is due to quality control as they don’t want to have their meat (which is supplied in the Western part of the USA) frozen for too long.
