Property tax freeze.

And your friend qualifies under what area.

And if so cool. His property tax is frozen. All his other costs, for the most part, will increase every year.

Trust me. He’s likely either going to run our or have to make adjustments.  It’s called longevity risk.

His mother.

His biggest problem will be the HC system when he gets old, but that’s a problem for all of us. It’s designed to extract every penny you have before you die. No one actually leaves anything to anyone.

Do you know the other trick in NJ? If you have 3 acres you can call your house a farm and that cuts your taxes way down. We plan to do that at some point. I want to get some of those tiny goats and whatever else my gf wants.

Most people here have alpacas running around their yard. I want some of those goats to have as pets. It’s pretty ridiculous but everyone else is doing it.

I think Chef has spending problems. His family cell phone bill is probably $500/month. If a single person that has all their expenses paid can’t live in 35k, we obviously need to raise the minimum wage right?

So if you’re saying you absolutely DO NOT need any resources from the rest of us, then go for it! Let your independent flag fly high and proud. But again, if the ‘my fair share’ doorbell rings I’m not answering it. You’re on your own. No soup for you!

there you have it… typical progressive socialist hypocrite simultaneously trying to defeat the system to pay less of their own fair share.

so while trying to cheat the system themselves simultaneously want to steal more from those that work. It’s the most disingenuous form of existence imaginable.

Just like socialist Bernie talking about housing bring a right with his three government paid houses.

What am I taking from you?

I don’t believe I need anything from you. I don’t have kids so I don’t need your socialist child tax credit that you recently started receiving. I’m not on welfare. I’ve paid into SS and Medicare. I don’t need any Pell grants. Can you think of anything else?

I would just like to see our existing programs improved because I firmly believe that if my neighbor is doing well, I’m doing well. I’m always thinking of others, putting myself in others shoes.

I ran a quick plan.  $1,000,000 at the age of 18 ran at 8% with expenses of $45k per year adjusted for inflation. here's how it looks.  He runs out of money in 39 years.

So he’s right on pace for when his mother passes and leaves whatever that amount is.

Mom has an expiration date?

Has he seen the will?  Is he even named in it?  Maybe she’s leaving it all to Happy Cats cat rescue.  What if mom needs assisted living at $100k a year for 4 years before she dies?

Nothing says freedom like needing mom to die

I won’t be here forever to entertain and hold all of your hands.

I’ll be tending to my goats.

Governor…with all due respect, I think we all did your same math back when we were in our twenties. I know I did. But then you GROW UP and realize there can be so much more to life than squeezing out a minimal existence praying that we’ll outlast our money. I hope you discover it.

My God dude! Try and contribute something. Help pull on the wagon. You’re going to get to the end and say “what the heck was that all about”?

And if you still choose not to then I suggest you completely unplug and stop sucking off the provisions of others people's creativity, ingenuity, and labor. To quote someone you probably admire: You didn’t build that!

Is this how you treat other retired people? Are you telling your 70 year dad that he’s lazy and hasn’t contributed enough to society? Lol.

Do you push little old ladies on the ground, kick them, and say “there’s still a few miles left on this labor unit”?

Get movin Grandma! Hustle!

I’m in the center. Commie Kay is on the left, and the rest of you are way off the reservation right and can no longer recognize center. I haven’t moved.

I see that. They need lots of care and lots of veterinary care. That might be a FT job. Will the vet come to your house or do I have to bring the goats to them?
