KRC
Apologies for being lazy with my words. Tide/wave power is what I meant. And of course, like wind power, it is limited to certain geography. 321416[/snapback] I saw first hand that the wave power technology is improving. It is not at the point where it can power a city, but it can power a building. It is also being used to power off-shore devices like monitoring stations for intel gathering. These stations are positioned in hostile waters and changing the batteries is a dangerous job. With wave technology, it dramatically cuts down the amount of times required to enter that hostile territory because it is not relying on the batteries for power. Pretty much deploy it and forget it.
