Ice bowl 67
From The shoreline near Buffalo? It looks close looking across Lake Ontario. Anyone ever seen it? We tried last week while visiting but too foggy.
K-9
Perhaps from the top of the Seneca One tower in downtown Buffalo? I’m not sure. Toronto is some 350 feet lower than Buffalo in elevation, so maybe. I’ve seen Buffalo from atop the CN Tower in Toronto on a clear day, though.

Wacka
If you go to Fort Niagara (where the Niagara River empties into Lake Ontario), Toronto is only about 30 miles away. I have seen the CN Tower and Rodgers Centre (Skydome) from there on a clear day.

ExiledInIllinois
You can see Niagara Falls from Chestnut Ridge, by the toboggan chutes/casino... AND some dispute it, on a clear day see Rochester off to east, but faint. No way Toronto across the Lake from Chestnut Ridge (I wanna say "Portage Escarpment)... BillsPride12
There's an elevated hole at the Niagara Falls Country Club golf course where you can see out to Toronto, it's pretty cool.
May Day 10
I drop my kids off at school in niagara County and can see the Toronto skyline clear as day, including the rogers centre/skydome.
Ridgewaycynic2013
The late lamented Schimshack's Restaurant, Sanborn used that as part of their advertising for years. 'See the lights of Toronto'.

I worked at Chestnut ridge for years and never saw Rochester. Would take 5-10 mins every day before I started just admiring the view. The trees block anything in Rochester's direction. What else can it be? Nothing else is out there.
