just curious to why you would think this when up until this point every other piece of evidence that has involved the bidens corruption has been censored and covered up on a massive scale? the buisnesses meetings,  the firing of prosecutor for funds, the laptop, shared bank account, buisness partner whistle blower.

now i say its hyperbolic to auto assume that funds will def end up this way but its also insane to hold out a shred of hope that any corruption will be investigated let alone prosecuted in the current atmosphere. if recent history has taught us anything.

Just because Joy Reid doesn't report on it doesn't mean it's not being investigated.   He'll, even CNN got on Biden over Afghanistan, right? And when the dems lose the house and senate in midterms there will be republican investigation after republican investigation.   Talk of impeachment which is ultimately dismissed.  And round And round we go.

Why hasn't Biden signed the infrastructure bill?

Just how much did Joe Biden want the bipartisan infrastructure bill, anyway?

After House progressives delayed it for months — in part with Biden’s connivance in linking it to his much larger reconciliation bill — Nancy Pelosi finally freed the BIF hostage last week. Democrats immediately hailed it as a major victory, and as an antidote for the humiliating election losses three days earlier.

Yet three days later, Biden still hasn’t signed it. “Where’s the BIF?” the New York Post asks, evoking Clara Peller in more ways than one:

After pressing Congress to urgently pass the bipartisan infrastructure bill last week, President Biden is now holding up the Senate- and House-passed legislation — until he can gather key members of Congress for a bill-signing photo op.

During Monday’s White House daily press briefing, deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked why Biden has not yet signed the bill after the White House and president “talked about the urgency” of passing it.

“So he talked about this on Saturday — he and he basically said he wants to make sure that the congressional members who work very, very hard on this when they come back, then we’ll — we’ll figure out a time to sign it,” Jean-Pierre told reporters.

“But you’re right, is it — it’s urgent, but we also want to make sure that the people who spent the last couple of weeks, last couple of months just all in delivering on this — on this promise are here for the signing as well,” she added.

When pressed on a specific date, Jean-Pierre said she does not have a date set but “it will be very soon.”

If it’s urgent, why is Biden waiting around until at least November 15 for a photo op? That seems an even more pertinent question with Democrats hoping to get a BIF bounce, as the Washington Post reports, even though their election humiliation had little to do with infrastructure policy. Biden even plans to go on tour to promote its benefits … while delaying its implementation:

He will sign it eventually of course, but hypocrisy always reigns in democrat politics.

your mitigating the major issues we are facing and that "eventually" someone, the other side, will draw the proper attention to lies and corruption.  i use attention because that seems to be mostly the level of punishment that corruption gets. jail time? yeah possable for the lower useful idiots more then likley idiot (singular) that can be thrown under the bus if/when perception of the media sways. the problem that most arent paying attention to is that the media mainly protects the left. like afganistan the left has to do things so obvious that it is impossible to ignore. that's when it gets general attention. i guess pouring over the border doesn't count? 🤷‍♂️ the right on the other hand is under constant scrutiny and faces a slant even in just the way the stories are framed. florida is impementing anti-vax, not personal freedom laws. thats still the framing even as it touts the lowest outbreaks in the nation. georgia is implementing voter suppression laws, not voter security. the list goes on and on. its why lets go brandon has caught on because people see the slant and obvious media coverups and are tired of it. i guess thats off topic but pertains to the one day everyone will see but why it is never seen NOW before damage is done. at least when dems are implementing it.

look at the narratives dropped. black lives no longer matter? no more showing of food lines with eviction lifted and inflation rampant? asian hate dropped as soon as the supremist story fell apart..list goes on. these people never cared at all about these issues that consumed the news nightly.

so im sorry but looking at the bill as "its going to build new roads" is how its sold, as most bills the good always covers up the waste. people willing to scrutinize how a trillion of dollars will be spent even if they are wrong are much more important then those that look at the bill at face value and say hey if they are steeling our money eventually someone will figure it out in my humble opinion.regardless which side is pushing it through. maybe i have my own bias but try to look at both angles best i can.

my standard for being bipartisan is to hold power accountable and demand equal scrutiny regardless which side that may be. since the media "far outside the joy reids" only seems to frame one side as the enemy. obama passed a infrastructure bill that was suppose to create tons of jobs..never happened. hear anything about that? while anything else not endorsed by major media is immediately determined as alt right misinformation, missing context that is under threat of censorship, we are in a very bad spot when it comes to unification. theres always a convienent narrative to divide that.

And in my mind those that benefited most regarding taxes during Trump were renters when he doubled the standard deduction.  Not a lot of wealthy renters.

Also retirees with paid off homes and no mortgage deductions.

BBB UPDATE:

BREAKING: House Passes Massive $1.75T Build Back Better Bill.

“The vote was close — 220-213 with a lone Democrat, Jared Golden of Maine, voting against the bill, along with all Republicans present.”

It still has to get through the Senate, where Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema still show no sign of dropping their opposition.

Idiots

Nice trick, but isn't going to work, among informed.

The "infrastructure bill" was anything but primarily an "infrastructure bill."

If it was, it would have passed.

It was nonsense.
