Ridgewaycynic2013 Posted June 20, 2021 Posted June 20, 2021 No pool?! $189,900 is as high as I go with no pool! (Call the Clarence assessor. I need the property tax lowered.) Quote

It's Clarence, not much snow up there too! Quote
Chef Jim Posted June 20, 2021 Posted June 20, 2021 (edited) The garage would cost $2m here in CA. Nice house but not my style. 1.5% in property taxes? Seems kind of low for NY. EDIT: Ok the property taxes are based on an assessed value of $1.23 so they are 2.3%. I've seen NY property taxes as high as 3% Edited June 20, 2021 by Chef Jim Quote

I’d only be there in the summer! A week in the winter to use the spa, and I’m all set. It really is surprising when you fly into Buffalo and look down to see how many pools there are. I guess we like to seriously celebrate summer…. Quote

That's not the kids' room tho. It's an extra/guest room for sleepovers when they have their friends over, or family kids come to visit. These are the real kids' rooms Quote
